A Star, Then Not

Damp clouds, indifferent head
Holding up lightning rod, struck gold
Glitter falling, onto a blond head
A star is born! Gold flickers gold
 .
Shimmer spread the head to the path light
Standing in light, reflecting gold shimmer
Spinning, spread gold shimmer by the dark light
Star without, not any star, not shimmer
 .
Inspired by William Butler Yeats’ He Who Wishes For the Cloths of Heaven
